Internships and Fellowships
The Golden Baobab Internship and Fellowship Program is an exciting opportunity for passionate and dynamic individuals to play a critical role in supporting our organization's activities and mission. Our internships and fellowships may be based at our office in Accra or virtual, depending on organizational needs.
Interns are young, capable students who are enthusiastic about the Golden Baobab's mission and are willing to contribute their time and energy while getting experience at one of Ghana's most exciting startup social enterprises. Successful internships may translate into future jobs at Golden Baobab. Internship cycles usually run from: January - May, June - August and September - December.
Fellows are professionals who are willing to contribute their skills and experience to advance Golden Baobab's work. Fellows get the opportunity to work with Golden Baobab leadership to problem solve and gain experience developing systems of an early stage pan-African social enterprise with a powerful mission. The fellowship program operates on a rolling cycle and lasts anywhere from one month to one year.
